Director, “Composing for the Screen”, sponsored by BMI (2008-present).  Intensive 6-week hands-on exploration of history, esthetics, technology and business of composing for film, geared toward working music professionals.

Director of Composition Studies, Columbia College Chicago Music Department (2007-2008).  Overseeing and teaching all levels of undergraduate music composition courses; student advising; curriculum development; concert planning and production; budget and faculty oversight.

Lead Composition Instructor, “Music Composition For The Screen,” Columbia College Chicago (2007-2008).  Lead composition instructor in MFA film music program.  Taught courses in film composition and global folk music traditions.
